Mortal Kombat vs DC Video Game
Have you seen or heard about this game yet? The Flash vs. Scorpion? Superman vs. SubZero? Batman vs. that 4 armed freaky thing?
Can you say, "Get over here!"
Definitely a risk for DC to be aligning their most popular characters (pristine characters I might add) with the MK franchise which has been at the center of many a heated debate. I could see Marvel being risky like this but DC/Warner Bros?
Some things still amaze...good job DC. Way to hang 'em out there!

I would like to be excited about this but I don't think I am. There's no fatalities!

I second your concern but actually I think it's going to be okay.
Apparently there will be fatalities from the MK characters and the DC villians. I know, I know, it would be cool to see Supes use his super breath to kill someone (would it?) but I don't think we will get that.
Ed Boon, the head honcho in charge of this game was quoted as saying this:
“All of the MK characters and all of the DC villains will have fatalities. The DC heroes who don’t kill that often will have brutalities that will function just like fatalities but don’t actually kill the opponent.”
So are you still disappointed Nerdy Bird?
I am also going to update the original post with a video interview of Ed Boon where he talks about all of this and more.
I've never been that big of a MK fan, but with the DC characters I'll give it a run around.

That actually does make me feel a bit better about the whole thing. I hadn't heard there would be fatalities with some of the characters.

Now the wait is on to see which villains will be included. I hope no Lex Luthor in his green and purple.. Oy...
Darkseid? Cool.
Gorilla Grodd? Maybe.
Brainiac? Okay.
Reverse Flash vs. Flash ("Forward" Flash??)? Very cool.
Just please, no Lex Luthor in green and purple.
